Returns - in store purchases

In store purchases are non-refundable. Goods can be exchanged for another item or a credit note if exchanged within 14 days. Proof of purchase required. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns - Online orders

We hope that you love your item, but if for any reason you need to return it, you must notify us by e-mail within 14 days of receipt.

Your item must then be returned to us within 14 days of this notification and we aim to return the funds to you within 14 days of receipt, via your original payment method. We are unable to accept returns for unwanted items after the period stated above.

We are unable to accept returns where the item has been personalised (for example sized or engraved), if the label has been removed or for pierced items where the seal has been tampered with or is broken. Items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same packaging that you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we may not be able to provide a refund.


Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure that they are packed properly and in their original packaging so that they don’t get damaged on the way. We recommend using a recorded and signed for service so that you are able to get proof of postage and delivery. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of return postage.
